RETURNS

Due to the handmade and limited nature of RUIN products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or there was an error in your order. All sales are considered final.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at rodrigodctattoo@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will find a solution.

In cases where a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our side. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package arrives safely.
